BOOKING POLICIES

Please read before booking your appointment

-A deposit is required to book an extension install appointment. All payment for final invoices are due 1 Week Prior to the date of services.

- All travel fees must be paid by the client.

- Any discount codes may be applied for payments made in full when checking out.

- All extensions clients must fill out our questionnaire form before scheduling a consultation.

-Cancellations accepted 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

REFUND POLICIES

Please read before booking your appointment

We want all guests to love their hair. However, if you get home and decide you don’t like something due to technical error, then please reach out to the salon within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. We are happy to rectify any mistake made on our end. The appointment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. Due to the extensive time + product spent during custom color + extension appointments, we do not offer refunds.
